What this policy covers
This policy describes how How Long Until at countdown.cv handles information when you use the site. The current site does not require an account or payment details.
Information saved in your browser
The site uses local storage for saved and recent countdowns, goal titles and check-in notes, reminder state, themes and your selected time zone. These records are stored in your browser rather than an account database, and they do not automatically sync between devices. Other people with access to the same browser profile may be able to view them.
Hosting and request information
Cloudflare delivers this site and processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and request times, to serve and protect it. Operational logs may contain request information and errors. Retention of these logs depends on the hosting service and its configuration; local browser data has a separate lifecycle.

Pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and sends connection information such as your IP address and browser request headers. External event sources and calendar or sharing services have their own privacy practices when you open or use them.

The current application uses browser storage for functional preferences and does not include advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Hosting providers may use their own security technologies. Desktop reminders ask for browser notification permission when you start a reminder; you can refuse or revoke it in your browser’s site settings.
Your choices and deletion
To remove all locally saved information, clear site data for countdown.cv in your browser settings. This also removes your saved countdowns, goals, check-ins and preferences, and we cannot restore them from an account backup. Local records otherwise remain until removed by you or your browser. Clearing site data does not erase provider logs, browser history or copies of shared links held by others.
